Professional Journey
Jeremiah Ojo is a double First-class holder from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) Ile-Ife, Osun state (LLB), and the Nigerian Law School. He graduated from the University as the only First-class in a class of over 350 students and the best graduating student from the Faculty of Law 2015/2016 academic session, further which he won several awards.
At the Nigerian Law School, he received the Director General’s Prize for First-class students and the Student Representatives Council’s award for outstanding academic performance. He is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators CIArb (UK).
He has worked in Templars (a leading commercial law firm in Nigeria) in the finance department. While in Templars, he was a core team member to both local and international transactions. He is currently a Research Associate Liu Institute Network for Africa, University of British Columbia, where he has also moderated international panels.
